These are JennyClips...

They are cute little clips that clip to the back of your pant leg to shorten the length.

They are ideal for going from flats to heels.  I love mine, especially when I commute to work on the (dirty) Redline train to Boston 3 days a week.  I'm not dragging my pants on the nasty train/train station floor.
